"Beware! Store sucks! Salesman, Bobby, no idea what he was doing. My daughter had to do everything moving to new phone. He installed the screen protector crooked and it did not stick bc he kept removing and trying to correct it. Went back to the store twice to get it replaced and they don't have one. Now telling me I have to file a claim. I spent over $1200 and can't even get a screen protector! Do not use this store!"

Definition- they can only sell you outdated promos, erase all of the data on your current phones, give you the run around, no actual assistance after the sale. Actually not even completing the sale- took us 4 days to complete the port-in process... If you are looking for a place that OVER PROMISES and UNDER DELIVERS ...then this is the place for you!! Be sure to ask for Michael, he is an expert at it! If you really want to sign up / return to Verizon, please do yourself a favor and drive to Augusta, do it online, over the phone, any other way - save yourself the headache and heartache of dealing with this rag tag bunch. This place is a joke."

"I needed a phone. There was 2 salespeople there. The white lady was with another couple so this black man waited on me. He didn't try to help me solve my problem. He told me to go to Walmart and buy a phone. If my phone couldn't be repaired that was okay. I live on $934 a month and the first $500 goes to rent so that leaves me $434 a month to pay for my power bill, water bill, car insurance, telephone, etc. I eat mayo sandwiches 3 nights a week. In other words, I needed his advice which he gave me but he didn't have to make me feel like an idiot. He had the attitude that showed me his rudeness. That was Thursday the 11th."
