"To the owner of the speedway in Hardeeville I just stopped in your store Thursday September 21st at 4:15 in the afternoon for a cold iced tea and that woman you have work in the register at that time was such a mean and nasty individual I had to leave the drink sitting on the counter and turn around and walk out I didn't even get a chance to get her name. I have dealt with the public in my line of work for 37 years there is no reason a person with that kind of attitude should be working the cash register and dealing with the public no I will not be stopping in that store anytime in the near future. I guess I had to give you a one-star rating just to be able to post this but with that person working that store shouldn't even get one star"

"I haven’t been here but I was planning to until I read these reviews. Man you guys at this location are making Speedway look really bad. And Speedway I’ve seen nice stores at some of your other locations even in the northern states but what are you doing about this particular store? I called the store to ask for the diesel price and some black girl was rude. She said we don’t give out the prices over the phone you have to go online and then she hung the phone up. Lost my business before I even got there!! None of the major truck stops have ever done me like that."

"I went in to get a fountain drink, cost a $1.65. Ridiculous price, and the coke was flat. cashier rude too busy talking to friend standing in store . Not stopping there again."

"Truckers Truckers,Stone Age,no credit card,or Fleet card reader at the diesel pumps then on pumps 9 it’s doesn’t work and they know it because they will tell you O you have to slam it or beat on it and obviously if they know that why not call them SPEEDWAY AND LET THEM KNOW ,so you have to go inside to pay keep in mind they probably only going to have one attendant working,so you already know the deal,and hopefully they know what they’re doing"

"Annoying gas pumps. pump 6 did not work for debit or tap to pay. Gas attendant was smoking a cigarette outside the front door and said to hold the card in, which made no difference. Then the next pump had gas spilt all over the ground. After filling up my car smelt of gas. Poor management at this company. It needs a makeover and new management."
