"I went in tonight I was talking to one of the workers when another male worker came from the back threatening to jump on me for what reason I don’t know but if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t work in this type of environment everyone up there is rude and don’t respect the customers. The store never up to par the drinks are always flat or out they don’t know how to give good customer service and when me and the guy was arguing another guy on night shift came and started attacking me with words I didn’t know rather to keep checking out or call the police the other guy that but in started making little side threats like oh he crazy he finna hurt you so yea I didn’t feel safe and I’m gonna keep giving bad reviews til they fire those guys on mid shift in the kitchen with those nasty attitudes at the end of the day customers are right to a certain extent and in this case I was right I said nothing to either of the guys I was having a casual conversation with the nice young ladies at the register"

"My boyfriend is in town visiting and walked to this Parker’s from my mothers house to get a beer and a slushy. He got accused of having a fake ID and they gave him trouble about the beer because his ID is Canadian and told he “needs to get a Georgia ID if you’re gonna live here”. Hes a foreigner and is here on vacation. We have a university here that accepts international students. This is ridiculous. Train your associates better and do better. It’s 2023. There’s no need for the prejudiced behavior. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Went to get gas early this morning and used the self check out twice . Had to go to check out to get gas . Found out it says on my bank statement PENDING for number 20 . I showed them and they let the manager come handle it she told me it’ll pop back on 5-10 minutes which it never did I came back in twice the next time I came they let me talk to her she told me the same thing that it doesn’t show on their end and I asked her should I swipe my card at the pump to see what happens ? She said I can and that she has seen this before and that I may have to wait till my bank open etc than I said okay (I didn’t have an attitude with no one here ) but I heard her when I hit the door saying she don’t have time for this like I have an attitude with her I’m like i didn’t fuss at you at all so I’m confused why she would even say that . I won’t be coming here anymore and I still don’t have my money and I needed it for gas"

"If I could give it 0 stars, I would. 5 days ago, I came in late to get something from the kitchen. They ran out of all the chicken entrees, which I understand happens when kids are leaving bars and coming in hungry. However, I did not want to wait the 20 minutes they estimated after already having sat there 20 minutes prior. I simply asked for refund, to which they said “they couldn’t find the transaction and i would have to come back later” with the nastiest attitude. I came in twice only to be told that i left with the food and that they will check the cameras to prove if i was lying, to which i was not. That second visit, there was no manager present so I had to come back today for the third time, and ask for the refund to which my receipt was snatched from me, and I was given the correct change back after explaining what happened. Followed by handing my money back, she said “8.91 is not that big of a deal honey. have a nice day.” 8.91 can purchase chicken from a store that will actually provide me the food I payed for without that sour attitude following. This is just one of the few times I have been disrespected coming in here in the short time it has been reopened. I will not be visiting here again. Do better with your staff, please."
