"Charged me 41.50 for a bottle of pinnacle vodka (THE SMALL BOTTLE) which was priced at 12 on the shelf. When I returned to Bring this to their attention the refunded the 41.50 but not instantly. It will be days before the refund is processed. And on top of that instead of just refunding me the difference they refunded the whole 41.50 and then made me pay for the bottle again. So until the refund credit is posted I paid over 53 dollars for a bottle of bottom shelf vodka. The people were nice but they need to focus more on making sure everything is correctly inputted at the register and focus less on being overly friendly with the customers."

"I have actually never stepped foot in Gibby's. I have always heard good things about the store from friends in the area; however, on two occasions this year I inquired if their inventory was current on their website as I planned to place an online order and come by to pickup my items while driving through the area. Both times, I was assured that the inventory was accurate. On both occassions, I placed orders for various different bourbons. Several days after placing the order -- on both occasions -- I was informed that my order was being cancelled because the items are "not available to be sold". Obviously, they don't care to earn new business from folks outside of the immediate area nor do they care to be transparent on what can be sold and to whom the items can be sold. I realize this is a liquor store, but games like this is what really frustrates folks wanting to become a dedicated regular customer and you obviously have to be "buddy" with the owner to get any decent bourbons. It is almost discriminatory -- how can multiple / various items be available and in stock on one date and then out of stock or not available to be purchased two days later? Rest assured, I'll never grace your store with my presence because it is evident you don't really want my business. Best wishes on your discriminatory business games."

"I have always enjoyed the friendly employees in this store but my last trip was not so pleasant. I was not greeted for one and when I found what I needed I walked to the register and the gentleman did not greet me he just put his hand out for me to give him the items I wished to purchase. I then asked him "how are you today" and he reluctantly answered "fine". He rang me up and placed my items in a bag and scooted them towards me and walked off. Not even a "thank you". He was talking to two other gentlemen so I guess he was more interested in talking to them than assisting with friendly customer service. I hope this is not the customer service that will be provided here from now on because I will take my business to Greens in Columbia where they are always so eager to help. I will take the drive."
