They're priced a little on the higher side but they do have a better range of options than other places I have shopped."

The store nearest my house has polite employees but I have shopped there 7 years and they never act as if they have seen me before. The guys at BJ's let you know they are happy to have your business. Two examples; once we were having a party and bought a big bottle of scotch, not something we usually buy. Vick, the clerk we usually deal with, said, "please wait a minute." He came back with a nice gift set of dominos, a promotion the manufacturer was offering that we would have never known about. Second example: I needed moving boxes. Vick told me what time to come, and a very sweet older gentleman came out and loaded my car with as many boxes as I could hold. They go the extra mile. This is not a sleek, polished store like Total Wine. However, if you want great service and people that want to give you good service and see you return, try this store. Great service."
