"This is by far my favorite hat shop downtown! The staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I went in last week to look at hats for my father and I was overwhelmed at all the options. But, one of the associates (I believe her name was Ashlyn) helped me so much, and we picked out the perfect Stetson for him. After a really lovely conversation with the young lady, I found out the shop is a family business on its 3rd generation and she’s been helping there since she was a kid. I cannot recommend this shop enough, especially knowing I’m supporting local business!"

"I live on Johns island and came today with my husband specifically to find a hat for fall/winter and one for spring/summer. I tried on a few and had picked out a $130 wool felt hat and had moved on to looking at the straw/summer styles. We had been there at this point for at least 10 or 15 minutes actively trying on several hats. It was not busy. We had zero offers of help from the 2 young associates working there(honestly if they hadn't been behind the counter, I would have never assumed they worked there. They could not have been more disinterested in being there. I found a second hat I liked but there were only 2 on the lower shelf, sizes xxl and xl. My tall husband saw there were more up above and pulled them down to see if they had my size. At that point the 20-something guy working there finally came over and promptly told us "please put those back, the others below are the same style" and also told us that we were picking up the hats the wrong way. Never in the interaction did he ask if we needed help or a different size. I'm non confrontantional so I just purchased the one I had picked out and we left. But now hours ater I'm left irritated and with buyers remorse. I will be returning the hat I bought and shopping somewhere else from now on. They could have easily made $300+ off us.There are plenty of other options in Charleston. Don't go here."

"A very nice selection of hats to chose from. It's hard to select one since you will need their help to remove it from the rack or wall unit. Prices are high so, know your prices before you buy."

"This store has some great hats! They display their vintage hats along the racks of the shelves. The selection of hats are fantastic and the owner was really knowledgeable. She took one look at my husband and knew that there were only 2 straw hats in her store that he could wear. Truly amazing! Also gave very specific directions as to the care of his new hat. Not cheap but with every penny. Highly recommend if you're looking for a straw hat or other men's hat."

"They have a large variety of hats to select from. Staff was very helpful in finding the perfect hat style and size, even adding in a piece size reducer tape for the perfect fit. Great customer service!"
