"Shanya or Shania not sure how to spell it because she refused to spell it and was not wearing a name badge. I pumped gas...filled up a bus...and the machine stated it was out of paper...so I went to her in the consession booth asked for a receipt and she said there was no more receipt paper, then I said maybe a note should be on the pumps especially for commercial vehicles that may need a receipt for their employers. She then said she was leaving g and don't have time to be opening back up the register...so I then asked her if there was someone I could reach that might be able to have my receipt ready when they get paper and she then said I WAS DOING too much asking g for a way to get the receipt another was as I told her I am needing it for work. Dear Murphy Gas YOU DONT NEED SHANAYA or whatever her name is...because it is clear she doesn't care about your business. I would rather you fire her and just hire someone to keep the machines filled with paper...she is useless and will cause you to Lose money."
"The restrooms are always filthy..The pump stations are always very dirty, the ground is always covered in oil and other sticky substances you cannot avoid stepping into and windshield cleaning fluid if even available is always dirty. Is obvious they do not clean the squeegies or solution containers. Most of the pads on the pay stations on pumps are broken, often I have to go to window to pay as it doesn't work so is certainly not convenient if you want to get in and out quickly , which is the point of paying at the pump. The staff at this location, Newberry, SC, was inexcusably rude to me and my elderly dad when the attendant shut off the lights and turned off pumps while he was at a pump trying to fill his car with gas. His card had already been scanned on the machine, and the pump was in his gas tank and he'd already begun pumping -so he was clearly pumping gas and card had been processed.- I don't care so much about being rude to me, but my dad is the nicest, kindest gentleman alive. While I understand closing time is not always controlled by an individual and some places are on actual timers we pulled up to a pump within site of the attendant and outside the large window, so clearly the car could be seen. Not to mention he had already started the process since he had scanned his credit card at the pump, inserted pump into the car, and began pumping. Then without any warning, the pump stopped and lights all went off leaving him standing in the dark. So why/ how could it just shutdown without someone turning it off? I asked the manager this question and was told there are timers but if active will not automatically shut off. When my father approached the window to inquire what the issue was she completely ignored him. He knocked and she turned her head away from him. She was standing at the large window facing our car so there is no way she could not have not seen the car or him. I then approached the window. Same thing happened and this time she turned her head, swishing her hair trying to ignore me also. I knocked and she again, ignored me then finally yelled she "be pregnant and we are closed". She then turned to the back door, ran out, slamming it behind her. I walked around to see her get into a small car with a guy in the front passenger seat. I threw my arms up in the air and asked what the deal was.-i mean, who leaves an elderly man standing by a pump in the dark? Especially when it was activated?- When I reported this to the manager she got back to me but she got quite a different version of events claiming I had threatened the attendant. I gave specific descriptions of the attendant-, white female with long dark hair- told the manager what she said, the car make, model, and color, the guy with her- with dark hair wearing a red longsleeved shirt. The manager said, "yeah, that sounds like her". When the manager followed up, she admitted it is clear from video footage I was being honest. I reported it to Murphy Gas but never heard back even though I asked them contact me. I only go there when necessary and if absolutely lowest price."
