All of the other suit rental companies in the area seemed to be so busy with events and other weddings that they never made the time to find out what we wanted. But Shae at Charleston tuxedo really gave us that boutique feel that we were looking for. They made it easy to measure, order and pay for all of the suits. Shae followed up with the groomsmen and even special ordered and overnighted the shoes after a non-Charleston Tuxedo related warehouse issue. We felt very welcomed, never rushed and they were able to accommodate our requests at every angle. They truly reminded us of that classic Charleston Charm. "Perfectly nice people, just unsure why we used them. I was part of a wedding that used their service. The suit didn't fit, which was fine. They tried to fix it. Still didn't fit (it was bad). Also, it seems the suit came from jimsformalwear.com where the prices are nearly $100 less for the same thing. The shop is a cool vibe but I feel that if I'm going to pay extra for a service I could get on my own then the results should be spot on."
