"Little appreciation for customer service."
"The co-owner (female) falsely accused a 16 year old child of stealing from this store. She was sent it my her mother this morning to purchase a ginger ale and instead, was searched for whatever the owner “felt in her heart” that she stole. (The co-owners response when asked why she thought the 16 year old in questions stole). It amazes me that her “heart” told her that an innocent black minor who was sent on an errand by her mother was suddenly guilt of stealing and was publicly embarrassed with a search. Don’t go here. (The incident happened at Hanna’s Convince Store - owned by the same company)"
