"I went here yesterday. The worker's were not customer friendly whatsoever. They looked angry to be there. The cookies were not very good, and they made me sick. When I went to ask for a refund they told me they couldn't because a manager wasn't there. Today I come into work (I work in the same mall) and my boss told me the manager came to to talk to her. The girls said I was rude and that they weren't going to give me a refund. My boss said they'd work something out with me. I find this behavior to be appalling and completely unprofessional. I will not be going back. I hope they manage to improve themselves."
