"Beware placing a pickup order with the deli. Order at 8:50pm, store closes at 10pm, received email confirmation that it’d be ready at 9:20pm. Upon arriving the order isn’t ready and everyone in the deli was in the back cleaning up. Finally at 9:30pm I’m informed they have no bread. The order was never cancelled and my time was completely wasted. It’s one thing to run out of supplies 1hr & 10 min before closing but there was a phone number on the order, I should have been contacted or at the very least the order cancelled so I’d be notified by email before driving to the store then waiting on it for it to never be made."
"I had a truly unpleasant experience at Publix recently. It seems like their employees have a knack for stocking shelves right in the middle of the aisles, making it nearly impossible to navigate the store without frustration. On top of that, the customers themselves were incredibly rude, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's disheartening when a once-reliable grocery store becomes such a headache to shop in."
