"Customer service is lacking. I've been here quite a few times it was decent until today when I caught them during closing. The lady was rude and was rushing everyone out of the store. "We waiting on you" cmon. I couldn't believe it, Guess I stayed 10 seconds longer than was necessary. I don't need to waste my time here if subpar customer service is what I can look forward to. It's quite embarrassing though it's such a nice location too. Smh"

"Best gas station in NE! Been coming here ever since we moved to North East. The service is always top notch, friendly and helpful. Prices are not bad and they have a post office inside."

"My gf and I live in Polo Village and we found Polo Market, we go and get coffee from polo market almost every morning. The black female cashier is always nice ( sorry I can't remember her name) she is so kind. The store is clean, coffee is great, items are usually in stock unless it's the blueberry muffins. The prices are great. We have a great overall experience. I'm waiting to go and get coffee now ! Lol."

"Polo Market is quite convenient, as my parents live just down the road. When I visit, I sneak to Polo Market for a bag of Tom's Vinegar and Salt chips and a sugary drink. I love my mom and dad but I can only take so many Saltines and Coke Zero. The store is always clean and well organized. The cashiers are friendly. Sometimes they have those little cans of Starbucks "Double Shot" espressos in the hard to find Cuban flavor. I always grab one, but they're pricey. In fact, that's why I removed one star. Some of the drinks are overpriced. You can buy scratchers here, and play powerball, megamillions, and all that."

"Just came here tonight 20 minutes before they closed and the man running the register was yelling at me and another girl that came in shortly after me that he was closed and he doesn't "appreciate" people that drive around in the rain here. The girl explained to him that she had no choice and was on her way home from work when the storm hit, and myself and my family were on our way home from the other side of town when it hit and this store is right on the same road as our place and I figured I'd grab a drink on our way home. He repeated he didn't care and he didn't appreciate people like us and we should just stay home. I was so embarrassed and have never felt so disrespected by an employee before. We won't be returning to this store again even though we pass it several times a day every day."
