"I wanted to send something special to my sister in Hanahan, SC for her birthday. I live in Florida, not familiar with local vendors and I always like to use local small businesses. I chose to contact Shine Flowers based on the good reviews and location. I got a call, unfortunately I do not recall the name of the woman who assisted me, and I explained what I wanted to do. I wanted to send something that my sister could later plant, therefore extending the life of the gift. The friendly woman informed me of what would do well in that area, and I settled on a basket with 2 lovely azaleas, one pink & one white. They were delivered on the days I requested, and are lovely. My sister was not only surprised, but absolutely loved the gift. I don't know how often I will need to, but I will definitely go with Shine Flowers if I want to send in that area. Thank you."

"I ordered a Valentine's Day Special Bouquet - Standard 1/14/2024, a month before Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day comes and goes...no flowers delivered to the specified address. I write a lengthy email asking for clarification on the matter...no response. I call the store for clarification...no one answers. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charge on my card for a product not provided and possible fraudulent business activity. This is completely unprofessional to not answer any form of communication after a product was not provided or service was not rendered. I would steer clear of this business. Update: business owner called me after she had seen my 1-Star Review here. She claimed that that the driver made an attempted delivery to my address...there was no attempted delivery. I have a Ring camera that sees all neighborhood street traffic and there was never an attempted delivery, nor did anyone attempt to call me. She claimed that I could come pick them up (this was supposed to be a delivery service for Valentine's flowers on Valentine's day). Then, when I told her it was too late to come pick up Valentine's flowers the day after, she began to lecture me about how "love goes beyond Valentine's Day," and "people who focus too much on one day of love get divorced." It is unprofessional and unbecoming as a business owner to lecture your clients, especially when the business is at fault. Lesson learned: order from Tiger Lily."

"It was great. I have over 200 employees so there are times I need to order flowers for certain occasions in some out of the town areas. The young lady I spoke to initially told me it was out of their delivery zone but still said she would get it done. Didn’t try to upcharge me or anything was just there for a family in need. Very very professional and understanding lady. I have no doubt she put 100% in my order cause I received two phone calls from my employee how beautiful they were and how grateful they were. It was a great shopping experience and I’d place an order from them anytime I need to if I have an issue in that area. Thank you"

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If I ever need flowers again, Shine is my only choice! Black-woman-owned business and she does it all herself!"
