"Arrived at 12:15 for a 13:00 appointment. Gate would not open but there is a sign on the gate saying if it does not open call a number provided. Called 5 times before I finally got ahold of a nice lady in the HR department who opened the gate. Apparently everyone else (shipping, receiving, operator and everyone else) was gone to lunch. Finally got a dock at 13:00 and even though they put a glad hand lock on my trailer I still had to sit in the break area while I was being loaded. Kind of redundant I thought. However they did load me quickly, about 30 minutes."
