"About 2.5 hours to do an unload. Capstone is the lumper service. A little pricey, if you ask me. They have a proper bathroom in the receiving office, and some portajohns outside of you don't wanna walk that far. If you have overs, or product they didn't order, they will just put it back on your trailer and not mark it on the BOL."

"0 stars!!!! My driver is 3h empty now, lumper is paid and we still can't get paperwork. Won't come back again. This people truly don't appreciate drivers at all. Hold them so long, making to lose reloads and money. ridiculous"

"Overall experience was pretty good I arrived at night at 11:00 pm for a 6:00 a.m. appointment. There is overnight parking if you have a 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. appointment. Got my door assignment at 6:00 a.m. and was out of there by 8:30. The lumper for me was a little bit high $430, since I don't pay I don't care."

"If we could give zero stars we would. This place is an absolute joke. Whoever does the paperwork might not be able to count. Maybe give them an iq test before hiring them. Waiting over 4 hours for paperwork seriously. There were 9 trucks still waiting to go to dock door when I already was in the door. Trucks coming after me already left. Only 3 trucks left in door. Someone needs to come overhaul this company and stop wasting truckers time. Stay away from this place if you value your time because they sure don’t care. No reason paperwork should take this long my truck is empty."
