"My husband had an anniversary arrangement delivered to me at work. Immediately, something looked “off” as I noticed the flowers…the lilies were brown on the edges, the big cabbage looking flower in the middle, no bow, no name of the florist on the arrangement anywhere…just looked odd. The unbloomed lilies never bloomed and the brown on the edges went over the entire flower in just three days. Since my husband does not send me flowers very often, I thought maybe this was a new “style”. He did call last minute and they did a great job of getting the flowers delivered on time since we were closing early that day. I am disappointed especially knowing how much my husband spent on these and how detailed he is when trying to order something for me. If you are looking for untraditional flowers, this might be the place and price point for you. But if you are looking for traditional arrangements at a fair price, I would not recommend them based on this experience."

She was very professional on the phone and made a recommendation on what I should choose, due to the fact I clearly didn't have a clue on what I really wanted.
