Margaret helped so much, she helped me pick out the best arrangement for my mom and she loved it!! 100% my favorite place to go to when I need a gift for special people! "I have NEVER been so disappointed with customer service as I am in dealing with this store. Steer clear, I contacted management after delivery didn’t happen, I understand delivery was attempted, but there was no phone call to me. I get an email that says unsuccessful delivery, contact the store 4 minutes later, where management talks over me and tells me they tried to call. Second manager calls next day in response to email, but in the end said he only called to see if I wanted to reschedule. My daughter is driving to pick it up, so I asked for a refund of the delivery fee and he told me no? This is after being caught in multiple inaccuracies over the course of the call."
"I received a gift from Edible Arangement because of Mother's Day and I was very satisfied with it. The appearance of the gift was excellent. The gift was of fruits and they were very fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the treatment of the employee who made the delivery was excellent as well. He was very kind and attentive. It was definitely a sensational experience. I would recommend this place to everyone."
