"If zero could be a star rating I would definitely give it to this florist I have used many florist but never with this type of distasteful unprofessionalism I would gladly pay much more for people with etiquette and ethics flowing in a company I’m all for the private businesses but taking advantage of people during a trying time is poor behavior I work in customer service as well and I would never and I don’t even work with bereaved families they were highly recommended for beautiful work by the funeral home but this is one instance where service was nasty & I was told all the way through the call how busy he was and how he’d get back to me or how he didn’t have time and he didn’t know if or when he could help me and he couldn’t promise pictures of his work when we live in a time of cellar devices rather than share unkind words I prefer to let people who haven’t yet purchase to take your dollar where it is valued and respected"
