"Will never shop here again, the man who helped with my purchase must be inexperienced with the plants he sold me- as everything he sold me died within three days after I was informed all the plants I purchased were “FULL SUN” and would do just fine in the weather here. After doing some quick google searches after finding everything dead with black leaves, I found out none of the plants he sold me were Full Sun plants. Gardeners Outpost right down the road is extremely helpful and was around the same price point. Would NOT recommend shopping here."

"I just had a really poor experience with a young women that works at this location. She’s seems to be quite inexperienced with customer service and fearful to do anything to resolve an issue. I bought a plant about a week ago and a half ago and it died. I went to ask for assistance. She took the input of a random customer that interjected her opinion and said he usually would exchange it, but…. She began to rant about varied things in an effort to not assist. She said you need a receipt, I advised I wasn’t given a receipt, but I could pull it up on my bank statement. Then she proceeded to ask who assisted me so she could tell on them for not giving me a receipt. I asked if I could have a card or the phone number to the location. She told me it’s on the internet and to search by name to find it. I asked for a manager and she told me no one has the authority to do anything other than the owner. She said long as she’s been here for a few weeks, no plant has done this. I said that’s why I’m here. Never had any plant do this. I said I’d like to leave it and come back another day when he’s here. She said ohhhhh no we can let you leave anything. AWFUL! I’ll give him a chance to correct. Never have had an experience so poor at this business. If she’s the face of the company there are going to be many dissatisfied folk. My initial reason for going was just simply to get some instructions on the care of the plant. Being treated so unprofessionally and unkind is the reason for the review and not necessarily the product. Thursday 6/29/23 at 2:42pm"
