"The apartment itself leaves much to desire they don’t have central air the walls are paper thin and what you’re paying isn’t equal to what you’re getting. We never have parking pest control is a joke half the machines in the laundry room have been out of order for a year plus despite the fact that maintenance lives on the premises. The office is never open and when you call there isn’t even an option to leave a message. When you do get some it’s either the clueless office assistant or the rude office manager that seems to be annoyed for you simply existing. Because of my new job I have to go for another 6 months and then I’m out."

"Not worth the stress it’s overpriced, the apartments are small and half ass’d , Parking is limited, The maintenance men are Alcoholics/Drug Addicts that will take from you apartment. I got the apartment when I was on my senior year of high school with my now fiancé so we can be together before I went to basic training.We thought it was the greatest thing that could’ve happened but we where wrong. We never missed a payment and when we moved out we cleaned the apartment spotless but still they wanted more than the deposit.These people are thugs but At least your neighbors are nice"

"Best apartments I've ever lived in. The property manager Jeff is great and I LOVE Mayline. She's such a sweetheart. The property is very well taken care of and the maintenance guys are super nice and quick."

"Worst place to live in Charleston! The woman at the front desk, Krystal or something, is an absolutely horrid person. She has argued with me about an email I sent to her, I had to show her the email I sent to her and her response. Seriously? How could someone be so absentminded? I would have to contact management about extra pest control, and that would take DAYS to get a response. Apartment walls are so thin you can practically hear the neighbors breath. After I moved out and a month of calling and emailing (with no response) about my deposit, they finally sent it. With out the check., then had the audacity to say "well maybe you owe us money" without even bothering to look it up. How could they even consider to say that with out even bothering to look it up. All my terrible experiences came directly from Krystal, I honestly cannot believe someone can be so rude."
