"We have lived here for two years and are moving out because we purchased a house. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The location is great, quick hop onto 526, walking distance to a Carta stop for folks commuting downtown, close to great food and shopping on Shem creek, a few minutes to the beach on Sullivan's, etc. If we ever needed a repair or service of any kind, it was dealt with promptly, and that's an understatement. Their service is fantastic. I recommend this complex to anyone!"
