"If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I currently live here, and I've asked to break my lease early, and they want me to pay a buy out of several months of my rent ahead. But even then they can deny me leaving while keeping your money. The apartment has roaches everywhere. When we moved in, it looked like someone was partying in our apartment. No walk through was ever done, and the apartment was nasty. Maintenance does not fix anything they only show up when you leave your apartment to state they fixed stuff but have not. The front office can be a nightmare. They changed their hours, and they never picked up the phone or called back. They state maintenance is coming to do their job, which maintenance never shows up. The water and sewer bill is ridiculous they charge you water and sewer for everyone. I have paid $250 a month for 3 months now even though we barely use water and sewer here. They are constantly running water to the pool outside that is broken with a major leak in it because it is constantly draining the water out. Nobody can even swim in it because it's not clean. The laundry rooms are disgusting. They are always filled with peoples trash, and they are never cleaned. Half the washers do not wash properly, and half the dryers do not dry all the way. The grounds outside are so caked with dog poop that you can not walk in the grass at all. They are also covered in trash all around the apartments. When they "renovated" apartments next to you when you have small kids. They throw nails, sharp metal scraps, and old boards with nails through them outside your apartment in the walkway to the cars. Which has been sitting there for 2 months now and still has not been picked up. The parking spots outside are made for whoever comes and visits who lives here. So you are not guaranteed a spot even though you live here. Like walking, that's what you will be doing. Now, the walls to these apartments are so thin I can hear my above neighbors phone vibrating in the middle of the night. Let alone the amount of parties they throw at night that wake up your 2 year old from sleeping. Which has been reported repeatedly, but do you think anything has been done? You guessed right the answer is no. Now, this list can continue because I have 9 more months to go in this hell hole. Stay tuned. I will be back."

"I’ve lived at this location for about 2 years now, love the neighborhood maintenance is wonderful. The only thing I would say that I don’t like is the rent is extremely too high and too much fees to pay for this property, if I’m being honest"

"Lived here for a year and it was absolute hell. Constant bug problems and constant leaking from my sinks, dishwasher never worked properly and neither did oven. Valet trash took my trash whenever they felt like it, so there’d be multiple days in a row that they wouldn’t take my one trash bag. WORST PART: THEY OVERCHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! I paid close to $100 for trash, sewer, and water through conservice. NEVER have had to pay that much. At my new apartment I only pay $38 in conservice. THEY ARE LIARS!! I asked multiple times about weird charges and they could never give me a straight answer. DONT LIVE HERE!!"

"I have been here about a week and so far everything has been great. The community is really nice and the ladies in the office are really trying to do right by tenants. Mindy the property manager has been great. The maintenance crew is really nice and shows up to get the work done they say they will. I was concerned because if you do some digging there are less than savory reviews. Online reviews are a little skewed anyway, people who have bad experiences are way more likely to complain online. I don't usually leave reviews but the employees on site really tried to do right by me. Check it out yourself before you write anything off. I am enjoying living here so far."
