"4 stars because I don’t love the idea of a conglomeration buying up homes and driving up housing prices. My experience has nonetheless been a good one. It was easy to view homes on my own schedule and without an agent standing over my shoulder, the lease and payments are done online, the local property manager is helpful, and it’s easy to submit maintenance requests. I was able to move a month sooner than I expected because the process was so streamlined. So far, so good. Note: the company keeps utilities on in their name so you don’t have to get anything turned on. Not sure how that will affect pricing. We’ll see."
"Make sure your property manager isn't Tammy, says one thing and then changes her mind, everytime. Make sure all your stuff is through email and not through call because then she will say you didn't say so otherwise. Never in all my life have i dealt with such an incompetent company. Never in all my life. Says we don't have to worry about our vehicles being towed while we have the POD to move and then we get towed and owed 300 dollars. She said there was nothing she can do, even though she told us we didn't have to worry. Still was never compensated. We also had our cat put down months ago, and told her over the phone so they would take the pet fee off. The pet fee was taken off months ago on the bill and now that we moved it randomly popped up. Her excuse was, well I don't have record of it, even though she took it off months before that..."
"Franklin is great ! Quick service during the holidays. Had a bit of an oven emergency and he replaced it with a brand new one within 2 hrs. It's a Christmas miracle ! Thank you once again. Cookie baking factory is back in business ! :)"
