"Overpriced, cheaply built and poor management."

"This property is covered in dog waste the smell is almost sickening coming to and from our building. Currently there is dog vomit running down three stairs in our building and I was told maintenance may be back in tomorrow to clean it up. Last month there were three days with constant vomit in the hallways so if you do not mind track feces and vomit into your apartment this is the place for you. The management is constantly doing 'projects' which create a lot of noise to improve the property but do not seem to care at all about the sanitation of the place once you move in. The apartments may look nice but the walls are so thin we are not able to watch tv without hearing our neighbors talking at a low level. The fans in the bathroom are attached to the lights so you are forced to use them and they are so disturbingly loud that we are kept awake at night by the sound of our neight fan. The pool is a 20 year old vegas drinking party sp do not expect to use it unless you dont mind people standing throughout the entire pool blaring inappropriate rap music and excessive drinking. If you have a dog and don't want them to be on a leash, don't like cleaning up after your pets waste and vomit, and love to have a drucken pool party every weekend then this is the place for you. This place is absolutely not woth the money you pay to live here if you are a somewhat considerate and responsible neighbor and do not want to walk through and smell nothing but dog waste."
