"I really loved living here! It was a beautiful apartment and had such amazing amenities (especially the pool.) But, my rent increased exponentially every year I lived here. The first year I resigned- it only increased about $200, but the second year my rent increased $340! In two years of living at the apartment complex my rent went up about $500 a month! This was incredibly frustrating for two reasons. One, when I first moved in, they told me I could negotiate if they increased my rent. This was not the case. They would not budge on the rent increase. Second, they based the rent of my apartment on the time they offered the renewal offer, about three months before my lease was up, which I know is typical, but by the time I actually moved out- the rent for my apartment was about $200 cheaper then what I was offered. So potentially, someone could have rented my apartment after me, at a much cheaper price than what I was offered. This was incredibly frustrating- and ultimately I was priced out of this complex."

"Had the most amazing and seamless move-in experience! From the start was greeted by Katherine with the utmost professionalism. All staff including Demi and Taylor were extremely helpful and took care of all needs and questions as soon as possible. We had a minor electrical issue with an outlet and it was fixed the next day by maintenance. Highly recommend this community, it's a hidden gem location wise and looked after by a great team of management."

"I have rented here for 16 months. It is quiet, and all the residents are nice respectable people. The office staff are professional and get the job done.The gym is top notch! Love the availability of the office/conference rooms when needed (especially if you work from home and need an occasional in person meet) Great Midtown location convenient to everything and located next to very nice, family oriented upscale neighborhood of homes. (If you ever need them Maintenance Team is great) GOOD CHOICE!"
