"Excellent service from the rental office to the main property management office. Spoke to several employees regarding a serious personal matter of a resident that had an emergency after hours. Everyone from the maintenance employee to the property manager Gene stepped up to assist myself (I don't even live locally) while trying to assist the resident who is a family member of mine that needed medical assistance that required paramedics and police to enter the unit. In the meantime there was her cat in the apartment that was left to fend for itself. The complex stepped right in to assist in feeding and care of the cat until we could determine next steps for the pet. The office went above and beyond in professionalism but also concern for the situation. I cannot say enough about how everyone reacted in an emergency situation. They stayed in touch almost daily until the situation resolved over a two week period. I could not have done it without their assistance especially since I live out of town. They have gone above and beyond. It is much appreciated and I will never be able to thank them enough!!!!"

"STAY AWAY! Right next to the projects on the south east side, so the kids love to come and harass us. I was personally threatened to be stabbed. They will break into cars, threaten you, I’ve even seen a kid drive a residents car out of the complex and nothing was ever done. I’ve lived here for 2 years and IM THRILLED to be ridden of this hell hole. There’s never parking when you get home, fire alarm goes off randomly all the time, management is condescending, rude, and will never actually solve any problems. They love to give you a very professional response but that’s basically it. I personally would recommend putting someone in management position that CARES and actually does something about terrible situations that have affected so many people. UPDATE They charge monthly for parking but there is NEVER parking, and people will start to park in spots that are not designated spots. This makes it so extremely hard just to get out of the garage. When there is no parking, you will park on the street and have to walk to the complex. And they will STILL charge you for parking"

"Living here is fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond, always demonstrating kindness as well as a genuine concern for residents which I truly appreciate. The property is also consistently well-maintained which creates a safe and clean atmosphere that enhances my overall satisfaction/experience. I feel grateful to have found this gem!"

"I’m a current tenant. Do not move here. As I’m writing this review there is a blaring fire alarm going off in the entire complex. It always goes off randomly and always while we tenants are sleeping. There is nothing management has tried that fixes the problem. THIS IS A LIFE AND DEATH HAZARD."

"This little boutique community is gorgeous and in the perfect location. Staff is always friendly when speaking with them. If you are looking for a place in Downtown Charleston, check them out. You do need to schedule an appointment if you are going to visit as their office is located offsite."
