"My airconditioner is running all the time they no fixed yet and now with this freezing cold have kids pregnant wife and dog is a lies all the time one year and more the dryers no working and Lisa said go to the place on rivers don't have shame in my apartment no is fixed my fan I have a lamp because if no is because this I don't have lights, the sink is months with leaking and the tub too our last neighbor's was a disgusting person's and never clean and did urine for all the aparment because in my apartment smell urine and they did nothing since I moved here the wood in the kitchen is broken they never fixed I am paying for maintenence this beginning happen one year and half before and they offer you a new aparment when no is new is only painted that's it I have a friend she rented one and no is new she have her air conditioner no is working g and the kitchen is only painted is a very old apartment here is only lies"

"Overall this isn’t a bad place, but there are some issues that I think people should be aware of before moving here. We do not have all of the amenities that are advertised. The dryers have been broken for months. We do not have access to the boat landing. The gates are locked and no one has keys. The fitness center has also been closed for as long as we’ve lived here. As of lately, our grass has not been mowed in at least a month. Dumpsters are overflowing. Maintenance requests get ignored. Pest control rarely comes. It is concerning that these apartments seem to be going downhill. Edited to add: Now that it is winter, so much condensation accumulates on our windows in that it causes mold to grow. Was told it was due to old weather stripping."

"Lived here at Lakewood Lodge for over 2 years now, first in a 2bed townhome unit, now in a 1bed 1bath unit, and have had little no issues - especially with Leisa always willing to help out! Very affordable, quiet, safe little haven right on the Goose Creek Reservoir. In my opinion, the only place worth checking out Hanahan without paying an arm & a leg!"

"I’ve lived here now on 2nd month, the office manager Mrs liesa is fabulous, the maintenance guy is really nice, and they get things handled in a reasonable amount of time,very professional, I love the area so far, my husband and I work a lot so we haven’t met any neighbors but everyone seems quiet, so far 10/10 :) glad we held out of this apartment!!! Nowhere is ever perfect, but we’re happy here!!!"
