"They are scams and somewhere down the line has been working with collection agencies to provide share and extort your personal information publicly. Watch your wifi service’s and definitely watch their maintenance team who goes inside your residence when you are not home."

"Management is awful and petty, illegally moved me in with a roach infestation without giving me the knowledge of it. Drawers won’t close, 2 out of 4 stove tops don’t work. Cabinets don’t shut, garbage disposal doesn’t work. All of these were issues the moment I moved in. literally the worst place I’ve ever rented and now I’m stuck in a year lease. HORRENDOUS unless you want to live with roaches.. I wouldn’t waste your time. As if they’re rolling their eyes to do their job."

"I LOVE IT HERE! Ms. Wanda & Ms. Tina are always so easy to speak with. I lived here in 2003 and loved it and with my return Feb '22 I'm loving it even more. Maintenance is always on the job and the way the landscaping cleaned up after hurricane Ian so fast was very impressive."

"Lived at location for almost 7 years. The management changed 4 times but it was still pretty decent. (management was understanding when it came to job loss) The apartments are reasonably priced for the square footage. The biggest problem with Donaree Village is that they are slow to fix broken items. We had neighbors above us that flooded our apartment twice and carpets were never changed or removed. They just dried them out and that was it. We were told several times that they would do something about the mold in the bathrooms. Never happened. We actually gave tours to old and new management of damage to ceilings and carpet and nothing was ever done. They had tarps put on rooves and they would leave them their for months. The little park that they have has been the same for years. It is not safe for children to play on. Money was heavily invested into the pool which would be closed at the drop of a dime if someone broke a bottle or something, which was normally old management's friends. They even went as far to tell residents that they could not use grills because of fire but the incident that occurred was due to a friend of old management using a grill in their living room after getting drunk. Overall if they fix the apartments completely, update play area and repair pavement Donaree is a wonderful place to live."
