"Take it from a current tenant, do not live here. Do not even bother talking to Stacy from the leasing office, as she is unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Your money is best spent elsewhere, as management does not care about their tenants. Additionally the grounds are also dirty, full of trash, and the “valet trash service” you’re required to pay for comes 2x a week if you’re lucky. Take it from me and go literally anywhere else"
"I have lived here for 7 years and out out of all the managers and staff that has been here has been terrible before I met Ms.Kayla in the front office. And there has been alot of staff change. From day 1 Kayla has not only been patient, kind, caring and articulate she always makes me feel at home.My work orders always get done in a timely manner. I watched Kayla wear multiple different hats through her time here and she always acts professional while doing each task. She is the only reason why I renewed my lease for another year."
"Very poor value. I lived here two years in late 2019 to 2021. They charged me a whole month that I wasn’t even living there and gave a move out dates (in which I am still fighting on my credit now thanks to them).This was when it was by Carroll. I’ve reached out to Carroll and they were not helpful. What’s crazy is the the day I moved out they went under new management and so there was no one local to help. Let me tell y’all something. Neighbors gather in the dog park and sit there to talk about how bad their situations are. The place is so old. I wonder what the a/c bills are now. We had so many leaks in the summer rain and no help no maintenance. Dish washer was useless just leaked water. I really hope the new renovated unit withstand flooding and just keeping up in general. Yes it’s sorta cheap. But there are better places worth spending an extra 100$ on"
"Wish I had read the reviews before moving in here. Told keys would be ready on a Friday but wasn’t ready until the following Wednesday. Our unit should never have been rented in the shape it was in. Two patches places, 1 in living room and 1 in master that had not been painted. Dish washer not bolted down. Dryer vent so full of lent we could not hook up our machine. Shelving missing from laundry room. Random cords hanging from spare room closed. Outside door leading to the patio and front door has a broken latch. Left over paint from the remodel sitting in the outside storage closet. AC not functioning properly. Ice maker not connected. Reported all of these issues except The AC (bc we didn’t know at the time) to the front office within two days of getting the keys because it was still going to be another week and a half before we actually moved. Week and a half later and nothing was fixed. We moved in and I went by the front office and reminded them of the issues at hand. Property manager Stacy had a desk covered in papers and wrote down what I was saying on a sticky note. Then our first weekend staying there our AC unit ran for days and wouldn’t get below maybe 75 and at one point was all the way up to 78 with all blinds closed and 3-4 stand up fans going. NOTHING got done until I went to Ellevate St Iveys and asked them for corporates number and got in touch with Clark and then all of a sudden after being there for 3 weeks things started to get done. Emailed Kayla 3-4 times saying my portal login wouldn’t work for her to FINALLY send me a 800 # to call. We have been there a month and a half and continue to have issues so I guess another phone call to Clark is coming because like I told Stacy if this was her apartment everything would have been made right the next day. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here or else you will be like the rest of us and have to deal with the excuses and if there is such a high turn over and or they can’t fill open positions then corporate needs to look into this a little more because if I was applying I can tell you 100% I would never work for or with Stacy or Kayla"
"Management is trash.!!! This complex has had many property managers so I’m not surprised by the service. I have been in two apartments in this complex due to flooding issues over the past 7 years. I currently need a verification letter showing I rent here. She has been emailed multiple times and no response so I went in the office at 3:58. Posted closing hours is 5p. Some woman in the leasing office stated that I would have to come back on Monday since she didn’t get a break today. She is sitting at a desk with her feet up in the dark once again during office hours. And if I’m not mistaken the office is suppose to be open on Saturday so why do I have to wait til Monday. Horrible service. Lack any form of professionalism."
