"Lots of fleas, stray cats, fruit flies & bugs no matter how much you clean. Old facility, rent increased $300 over time. Supposed to be pet friendly but neighbors call animal control the second you leave your dog home alone to go to work or the store. Front office is disloyal and shows favoritism. It was good in the beginning but i am glad to be leaving"
"I will be a resident of North Bluff on 3/31/21 and I have say it's been a great pleasure working with Nicole, Susie, and Mike I can't wait to begin my new chapter with Darby. I have now been living here for 2 years and today 2/28/23 I renewed my lease again. If you are looking for 5 star quality living then North Bliff is where you want to be. A little pricey but worth it….."
"The front desk staff is amazing, but this place is way over priced. It’s old, has lots of insects coming in the apartments all times of the year, and needs updated bathrooms as well as kitchen appliances. I’ve also felt belittled by maintenance staff passive aggressive notes when I needed help and they said it didn’t needed to be fixed (like my shower head and ceiling fan). Overall, wonderful front desk staff like I said, and it is quiet and safe which are the main things I’m looking for in a place to live. Also nice to be be close to the interstate:"
"This is the absolute best apartment complex to live in. We have lived here for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! You can tell they really care about each of their residents and are eager to help however they can. All issues are addressed and fixed so quickly. They have community events throughout the year and take the time to get to know their residents. There is tons of open space as well as a great pool that’s open year around. The location is great too!"
