"The reviews about Kisha have to be fake or maybe they caught her on a good day because she is EXTREMELY RUDE. I called and she answered the phone very rudely and also hung up on me. I am sure there will be other fake five star reviews after this one with her name mentioned to make up for this one star review. Ridiculous!! And the main manager is NEVER available."

"Kisha was an absolute pleasure! Thank you for your time today and your kind spirit. The complex is very nice. A bit removed, but that could be a positive for some. The apartment layout and certain features made it the absolute top of my list for the price point. However, there isn’t a light fixture or ceiling fan in the living room. There are only block off panels to wiring access. I was told I could purchase my own and maintenance would install it. I asked about another unit that may already have a ceiling fan (or a light at least) installed, and there was a possibility of that availability if the previous resident decided to leave their fan or light. Not a good feeling to know that the property management company requires leasing tenants to furnish the construction materials to finish their builds. Made me very suspicious of possible issues in the future. If an upstairs unit leaks, does maintenance call me and ask me to pick up sheetrock panels for the repair on my way home from work? I would absolutely recommend this community if the above does not bother you, but it just didn’t quite sit well with me."
"The amenities are nice, when they’re open and people aren’t stealing from them or breaking things. The managers from 2019 were great and Everything was 5 stars … till move out. We turn in the keys and then a week later we got hit with a $400 carpet replacement fee on a one bedroom for spots where furniture was sitting and one 3 foot “stain” that you can visably see is a wet spot and perfect outline from the steam cleaning company. one spot from us, maybe but we inspected when we left and it was not like this. (not to say we’re perfect but their excuses and explanations for everything is comical)..everything is normal wear and tear from living somewhere for almost 4 years. We called to talk to the property manager on Friday 9/1 and was told she wasn’t in yet by Diana. Called a little later and was told by Keisha that she wouldn’t be there today. My husband Called the following Tuesday 9/5 and was told the manager was in a meeting and left the phone number with Keisha for the manager to return the call and guess what, no call back. He tried again multiple times later in the afternoon with no answer. I tried (with a different phone number) minutes before closing and to my surprise Keisha answers the phone. I tell her who I am and she said oh “Diana can help you”. Way to just pass the problem off. So I get sent to Diana where she tells me basically that my pet deposit covers nothing and “oh you just missed the manager”. Mind you my husband called multiple times and left a number for a call back that he never got. Every one wants to send you in circles and really they just want you to have to come out of pocket on carpet that should be replaced anyway since the apartment was built in 2017. We also paid a pet deposit that does not go toward anything apparently. Although, Diana says it goes towards covering if the next tenant has an allergy to your dog. These people are a joke. Customer service is unsatisfactory. Point is be careful, buy floating furniture, take photos and document everything."
