"The management is terrible. They have no professional ethics about them. The maintenance team is a joke. The company wants your payment on time but refuse to correct the issues that you have concerning living conditions that are their responsibility. They could care less about repairs and bring apartments up to comfortable living standards"

"Mrs. Edwards took me on a lovely tour this past week and I absolutely adore the 2x2 layout! Not to mention all the lovely features on the property as well! The maintenance staff was also very inviting when I came into the office! I am officially ready to make St. Ives my new home for 2024!"

"It's really frustrating when you're a resident and you can't pick up your packages. It's almost like the leasing office loves to hold our packages on ransom. Because it's not urgent to fix the package delivery locker so that residents can pick up their packages. They don't open on time, currently it is 10:30 and nobody is there. They don't open at 8 on the weekdays and definitely don't stay late after 5 to makeup the time. It's impossible to get your packages as a working adult on an 8- 5 schedule."

"I will preface that I am not a current resident, but an applicant who had a horrendous application experience and would like to warn others before they apply to this apartment. I never leave reviews, but this experience is something that needs to be shared so future applicants are aware. I came in for a tour and applied online. All of this was an easy experience and I had no issues with attentiveness around this time. Once I applied and paid the $200 in application and admin fees with a decided move in date, I was ignored. No one responded to my calls, a lease was never sent, and I was in the dark forcing me to find another apartment. They reached out less than 24 hours before my move in date to let me know that I wouldn't even be able to move in on the date I was assured. Since I hadn't heard anything back and needed a place to live, I found another complex and moved there. The staff has ignored me for nearly a month in my request for a refund due to taking my money and never reaching back out until it was unrealistic to even expect me to still move in. If you're interested in this place, make sure to get a clear answer on when a lease will be received and understand that there is a chance that you will never even receive that lease. Not a place to go if you are looking for a place even semi close to fast. I applied with 3 weeks to move in and was ignored each day after that."

"I have been living here since April of 2021. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s horrible. I have been out of AC since January of 2022. It gets up to 90 degrees in my apartment. Our windows are bolted closed. And the windows that can open have no screen. We have a 2 year old living here with us. I have been asking since February for them to fix the ac. They put coolant in and works for 2 days. And that’s happened twice over almost 6 months of no AC! I even went up to the office and begged they just don’t care. They don’t have anything together. I pay my rent. I need AC no one can live like this.this is why I decided to write a review."
