"One of the worst rental experiences ever since South Creek took over the property. Management is impossible to deal with. I had a flood and serious plumbing issues from tree roots and they left my front porch blocked off for a month. I asked for a discount and only got charged more! These people are money grabbers, steer clear. They will not help you. I had to move out over this. And when I did, they made the process extremely difficult. Asking me to physically show up to an office that is nowhere near the property. These people do not care, and I have yet to get my security deposit back. I'm certain they will find some reason to attempt to keep it. Your main contact point if you live here is completely useless. Just avoid it."

"I've been helping a family member look for an apartment, and the price for these townhomes in this location cannot be beat. It's close to Riverland Terrace bars and restaurants, the Muni golf course, beach and downtown. Private patios and storage units are a huge bonus - plus there are extra storage units for rent on property. There are several recently-renovated units that are very nice."
