Anytime we need anything it is taken care of within the same day. I am most impressed by their turn around time of fixing our dish washer, toilet, and AC within the same day. I also love the way they call and keep me updated throughout the process and make sure I am fully aware of the time that it will be getting fixed."
"Since we’ve had new management with Vanessa, Letisha, and Dennis, the quality of life here has improved tremendously! Anytime we have concerns or need any maintenance issues resolved, they are addressed and taken care of right away. This team has wonderful interpersonal communication skills and always convey their passions about making sure residents feel safe within their community. Our old management in 2021-2022 treated residents so inhumanely and allowed people to live in unlivable conditions (such as non functioning fridge for 3 months and broken AC for over 72 hours) without showing any emphathy or remorse. We are very thankful to have new management who always go the extra mile to show the residents they care about their well being and quality of life."

"Since new management took over, I have seen nothing but steady improvements. The new maintenance man, Dennis, is doing an amazing job. As a plumber who has been called out to this location several times, I can honestly say That all I hear From the tenants is how Dennis is doing And how much he cares and makes himself available at all hours. and the new management is working their tails off to Improve the quality of life. It is rare to find a property management company or maintenance man that has such a level of passion to try to improve a location in such a way as they are here.
