"I moved in when the complex first opened in 2019. I've lived in Hanahan, North Charleston, West Ashley, and various places on the peninsula - nothing beats 10 Westedge. I'd highly recommend you at least short list it if you work or spend a considerable amount of time on the peninsula. Even if you work off the peninsula, you'll be reverse commuting, so traffic won't be a big deal. If it matters to you, the floors are separated by concrete slabs, so the place is super quiet (you don't hear neighbors above you). That may seem like a minor detail, but it was a selling point for me :) Other perks: the staff (office and maintenance!) is super friendly and caring, there are a few pool parties every summer, and the complex is dog friendly. Also, the view!!"
