"No AC from Feb - Sept (sent me to the ER 3x's) & now October to current no proper heat, water turning my brand new white wash clothes black. Broken shelves in the closets a water fall leaking window. And they are still charging for "Newly Renovated" apartment. Oh and a nice 2 inch gap in the kitchen window frame. What is the definition of "newly renovated"? Now finding bug bites... for current tenants.. Breach of implied warranty of habitability!!"

"As a resident I called the front office during a travel emergency, and they were extremely helpful in getting an issue resolved back at my apartment. The office manager and her assistant went well out of their way and were very communicative along the way."

"Absolutely loved this complex before the new management company took over in 2017. Renae from about a year and a half ago was amazing. Take pictures of literally everything when you move in and document in writing when you request a work order. Even when they fail to come and fix the issue. Otherwise, you will have unexpected added costs when you move out for a issue they wouldn't fix. Do not even bother being a easy going tenant & paying your rent early every month, this company could care less about people."

"I lived there 5 years too lazy to move even though the rent went up every year like clock work and the old 80’s carpets, Cabinets, counter tops and a/c units and windows were never upgraded although the promise was made. The original company I rented from sold in 2017 and all the old staff left which changed the vibe considerably. I read an other review that they put him in collections after move out, I suspect they may have done the same with me but I have all the credit I need so I’m not bothered and happy to have marsh point in my rear view mirror. Way over priced, terrible value for money, terrible corporate mentality. TBH far better for much less available on the island."

"I gave this place a great review- until I moved out and found they tacked on an extra $300 without my knowledge, failed to send any notification to my next address (which they had been given, including my number and the place where I worked)), and a year and a half later I find I was sent to collections. Ironically, I was a model tenant, who paid on time, and always offered to help out with things if needed. None of that is applicable with them: Make sure you document anything, including your final walkthrough date, because it will come back as your word against theirs. If you want to deal with a thieving, corporate mentality and no consideration for having been a good customer for three years when it comes down to nickles and dimes, this is your place."
