"How do I contact the Owner? Area or District Manager? I've yet to receive my $150 refund back from my application being denied. No follow-up! My experience with this place has been less tan subpar. What's the Owner's number or Corporate Office number? I need to find out where my $$ is! Who do I contact?"

"So I haven’t even moved in yet and already seeing too many red flags. The floor plans on their website are not accurate (A1). My town home is ready to be moved into but I wasn’t aware I needed to connect my electrical before moving in, received a phone call Friday at 4:45pm stating that. Electric company closed at 5pm so now I have to wait till Monday. I went today to take a look at the town home and it is not what I expected at all. Cracks on the walls looks like my 5year old painted the town home. I chose a “renovated” town home and nothing looks renovated, kitchen cabinets are old and smell. I was relocated from Houston Tx for a job out here so I rushed into an apartment so I wount be spending on a hotel. Big regret!!!! Leasing office claims to have called and sent emails that I never received. You’ll have to keep calling and calling to get stuff done."

"To whom may be interested, Upon thorough contemplation I’ve decided to leave this honest review. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with my living at Vesta Creeks Run. The rudeness of the leasing staff is unacceptable, however I found Ms Ericka to be the most kind and professional employee I’ve come in contact with here and technically the only person I would like to discuss any issues with as they may arise. The rudeness of the staff and the unprofessional maintenance crew have made my living here unbearable. Maintenance people are hired to fix things, take care of grounds and make sure things are running properly and that’s not what they are doing here. If you are looking for a place to live, please look elsewhere. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can find a place that is worth renting. I wish I could use coupons to pay my rent with because this place is not worth my hard earned money. Sincerely, Fed Up Tenant"

"If you love roaches than this is the place for you. They are german roaches so they are extremely hard to kill and have built an immunity to store bought pesticides. Foggers, traps, gel bait, spray barries. No effect. You can spray them directly with kill on contact spray and they are unfazed. Huge infestation in the walls. You're neighbors are to lazy to care. You can ask the ones that live next to you and offer to buy them pesticides. But they just say "Ya you're just going to have to live with them". Which is extremely gross. The landlords don't do anything even though pest control is included in rent. You can request for service to come out. But i dont believe they do anything than leave a poorly written hand note that they came. Trust me, maintanence is extremely slack at everything. (And no these apartments aren't renovated like they claim).At most they lazily spray the cheap stuff you buy at the store. Which i spray every month outside and after everytime it rains. But it has no effect. These apartments need to be tented off and fumugated. Then professionally cleaned. But that will never happen. You can buy as much pesticides and clean to your hearts content but it does nothing. I refuse to cook in my apartment because of them. The minute you cook and you can fully clean up after. They start coming in droves. Honestly going to start taking pictures and videos and trying to collect the dead ones in a plastic bag so i can leave on their desk every week at the office. And trust me you can fill a small plastic bag of them every week if you actually can kill them."
