"This is one of the most well kept complexes I have ever lived in. There’s fun events, nice amenities, and an AMAZING staff. From front office to maintenance, everyone is super helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Rich, our go-to maintenance man, for always being responsive and on top of whatever we have going on."

"Lived here for 4 years. It was great. Maintenance was always quick and friendly. Front office staff was always putting on events for residents. Nice pool and it’s tucked away so it’s fairly quiet. Jess is amazing and super helpful. Landscaping was nice and generally the complex was kept clean other than dog poop that inconsiderate residents don’t pick up."

"One of the two maintenance men is extremely rude and does not listen when you try to explain directions to him on when/how to enter the apartment with appropriate permission. Even with explaining to the assistant manager three times how to enter our apartment, not one of the three times was the maintenance man able to follow simple directions. My roommate and I work night shift which require us to sleep during the day and we have pets. Simple directions of calling to get permission before entering was not followed. The maintenance man would re-enter our apartment whenever he pleases without our permission, which is illegal. Maintenance man is scared of dogs, our dogs would be put away if he called and asked for permission to enter as was explained three times to do. The apartment complex does not care for the dog park area. For most of the year it is just dirt and mud, there is no upkeep at all. The dog wash bay smells god awful and is never cleaned. Noise complaints in this community only matter if you have a pet that is making any noise. If your neighbor is being excessively loud, and you are on a bottom level, you are basically told to deal with it and nothing will be done. On the second night of living here, I was unaware of my pet making noise at night and I received a notice in the morning, without any other contact from the management of this apartment complex, and the letter stated that if my animal made any other noise that I would not be able to have her on the apartment grounds. For being a “dog friendly” complex, there seems to be minimal grace or communication for those with pets. There have been two instances in the almost year of living here where I have received two notices on my door with a less than 24 hour notice that someone from the complex would be entering my apartment wether I allowed it or not and that it could not be rescheduled. Unless you are being evicted, the apartment complex has no right to say that they will be entering with less than a 24 hour notice."

"My fiancé and I have been living in this complex for about two weeks now and are loving it. The leasing process is easy and can all be completed online. There were no hidden fees, and the apartment itself is in great shape. The military is not a preferred employer here, but Aly has been a considerable help for working with us. The complex is easy to turn in and out of despite the street being busy during rush hour, and you can't hear the traffic at all from inside the complex. The prices for 2 and 3 bedrooms are competitive with other places in the area, but Springs offers much nicer and cleaner grounds, along with transparent staff and events such as weekly food trucks, brunch with free waffles and mimosas, and even free pizza once as you came home on a Monday night. The gym is always kept clean and cool, with a water station and bathrooms right outside of it. Our only current issue is that the gate hasn't been working on and off for the past week. Overall, fantastic complex and would highly recommend."
