"They deserve the 5 stars. The Enclave has an incredible team that is extremely welcoming. The entire move in process has gone smoothly for me. Tim is super attentive and always helpful. He made sure my move in went just as planned. Great friendly guy. The amazing maintenance guy, Keith has also been very helpful and one of the most polite people I’ve met. He even helped me hang a painting. The location is great too and very close to restaurants, shopping, restaurants grocery, etc."

"Been living here three months and have gone through 3 different in house managers. We moved from another state and had a short notice to move here quickly. Originally when looking online there were units for $1999 and then within a few days of us moving the units were “renovated” and now into $2000. We had no choice but to move forward and were given a final paper with fees was 2050. And let’s just say that was the scariest and hardest thing being that we had no communication or confirmation it was like pulling teeth. And in the end.. long story short we are paying nearly $2500 to live here with all the fees (and many random hidden fees) and utilities. It’s robbery and honestly not doable. I wish I never signed the lease. This place is NOT worth what we are paying."

"Overpriced, but cheap for charleston. Really a nice, quiet little community. Everyone minds their business but are also friendly to talk to if needed. Really can't ask for anything more, just please god don't let Antonio back into the office. Worst manager we've had by a long shot."

"Very overpriced for no renovated appliances such as having a quartz counter or a bigger standing shower. Recently management have changed and it’s terrible, they take longer to fix your appliances. I have a microwave that’s broken and it’s been a week and a half and it’s still not fixed! The old management came and fixed it the next day but the new one won’t do such a thing. They sent out an Email about trash on the property and that if we saw it to pick it up, I rented for the apartment on the second floor not a lawn. Definitely moving out when our lease ends, I wouldn’t live here."

"Haddon hall Apartments are really nice apartments. We have lived here for 2 years and have not had any issues. These are located in a really nice walkable neighborhood. They have been doing a lot of updates to the apartment complex and the amenities. They had ceiling fans installed on everyone's screened in patios which is super nice in the warm SC summers. They have also started Valet Trash Service. They have remodeled the pool , grilling, and gym areas and re-did the office. Jake the maintenance man is great at his job. Anytime we have any service issues he is prompt to get these issues fixed. Michelle who works in the office is a really great person to deal with as well. She always assists with any issues that you may be having and handles them quickly and in a professional manner."
