"If I could 0 stars I would. I currently live here and pay way to much rent to live in a construction site. Being stared at coming and going from apt like I’m not supposed to be here. Cushman and Wakefield is a joke. Save your time, look elsewhere."
"I had such an amazing experience with Gabe! He walked through every single bit of the complex top to bottom, what came with it and how everything works! I’m currently leasing a very nice one bedroom apartment, the amenities include a pool, 24/7 gym and a club house connected to their leasing office). It also includes a dog park which my dog can’t wait to use! The process to lease was super easy for me thanks to Gabe. He was very thorough and helpful through the entire process! Anyone looking to move into area should come check this location out and ask for Gabe!"
"I have never left a review, let alone a bad one but DO NOT move here. The office staff is wonderful and it’s not in their control but I’ve lived here for 4 years and up until this year it’s been great. However, they let us know earlier in the year they were starting construction in May and each building would take 2-3 months. The first building was started on mid-May and it just finished mid December. They are not giving concessions for people who had already signed leases here, but are offering lower rates for people who will move in. The only thing they offer the people who already lived here is breakfast on Friday mornings, which doesn’t do anything if you don’t work from home. If you do work from home, good luck, because you can hear the construction all day. There is also glass, cigarette butts and nails all over the place even after they finish a building, the construction company doesn’t clean it up. You absolutely cannot get in touch with upper management in the Cushman and Wakefield company. The management from the construction company on site held meetings and at one they said they would be mindful of all the pets in the complex but they just started on my building and my dog has eaten carpet, thrown up and pooped all over herself and my room in just the last 3 days. I’m not getting money back on rent for the HUGE inconvenience when they lied to us about time frame for construction, so how do they expect me or anyone to pay for vet bills caused by this or doggy day care 5 days a week for potentially 6 months? I understand my pets problems are not their issue but I NEVER would have resigned my lease if I knew it was going to take 4-6 months instead of 2-3. I’ve also heard from other people who live here that there are holes and serious damage done to the inside of your apartment and they are not fixing anything until they are completely done with your building. I get construction isn’t convenient but they have 100% lied to us every step of the way and are not doing anything to compensate current residents. Don’t live here!!!! Update: this place is still awful. Jaquayla in the office is wonderful and is doing everything in her power to help but ultimately it’s not in her control . I’ve talked to regional management now, sent them videos of how awful the sounds are and explained why this is an inappropriate project to have going on while residents live here and they simply don’t care."
"It's been a month since I have moved to this place. It's really nice and the community amenities are overall good. The appliances in my apartment are relatively new and works fine. The admin is efficient in handling maintenance requests, especially Gabhriel, who is very thorough in his job. He has made things easy for me since the beginning and responded every query on time to make my move much easy. There is a grocery store, a clothing store and some good restaurants at a convenient walking distance. If you don't have a car, bus stop is about 10 minutes by walk. The only downside, or maybe very common here in the US is that the apartments are not sound proof. If you are on the ground floor, you might gets annoyed by the walking sound from the apartment above. I can bear this as the rest of the things are up to the mark and I like this place so far. It's a little expensive but I can recommend this place because of its cleanliness, quick services and better response rate than any other apartment."
"My daughter recently moved into the Ashley Apartments. We have both had a great experience -- me as the Mom searching for a great apartment for my daughter (while she was busy studying for her boards), and finding a place that I feel she would be happy and safe. She ultimately chose the Ashley. The apartment is beautiful -- newly renovated and a very nice size compared to many other one bedroom apartments she considered. The area is great as well -- has many store and restaurants in very close proximity. Gabe was extremely responsive and accommodating right from the beginning and up to the moment she moved in. From talking with him about the apartment and amenities, to him doing a Facebook tour with my daughter since she was unable to visit in advance of signing the lease. Gabe is definitely an asset to the Ashley. I highly recommend the Ashley!"
