Crowne at Live Oak Square

"There is a terrible roach problem here. DON’T rent here!! Management will only tell you that it’s “normal” to live with the bugs rather than remedy the core problem."

"Horrible management. Started at $1,350 for a 1 bedroom 3 years ago, each year they went up at least $150. Went month-to-month while waiting on our home renovation and they went up to $2,020 a month, then tried to charge an extra $200 "month-to-month fee." Finally, after 2 months of paying $2,020 per month, they increased the rent to $3,350!!! We can't get out of here fast enough and highly discourage anyone from renting here."

"I truly love living here. They do a great job of keeping the community looking nice, and my apartment is spacious with beautiful upgraded finishes. Yes, it's more expensive than other apartments, but they are fast to respond to any requests and the maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful. My daughter loves the events they put on each month as well."

"DO NOT apply to this complex if you have any kind of credit issues, you won’t get approved. I’ve never been rejected from an apartment as my income and rental history is great, my credit was hit a small bit due to unfortunate circumstances during Covid- much like everyone else. This was a first. On top of that, they’ll keep over half of the deposit you put down which I’ve also never encountered. No one returned my email to further communicate or explain what happened. If I can help one person not lose out on deposit fees, this review was worth it"

"We lived at Crowne for three years and had a great experience. Our spacious 3 Bedroom was ground floor facing all of the new restaurants and shops which was wonderful. Crowne is pet friendly with great areas to walk your dogs. The Management office (Victoria in particular) was superior and pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff was professional, super responsive and quickly resolved any issues that we had. We highly recommend!!"
