"I love living at Shade Tree! I’ve been here for about 5 months now, and I have 0 complaints. The girls in the front office have both been here for years, and they’re extremely responsive and professional. They were super helpful during the move in process and they actually answer the phone when you call! I haven’t had any real maintenance issues so far, but the couple of minor things that I’ve needed have been taken care of quickly!"

"Shade tree apartments are the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in. Catherine and Alex in the office were so helpful and nice when I was signing my lease. They even checked on me to make sure I was settled in after a few weeks. They both made the process so easy and headache free. If I could give a higher rating I would!"

"I have lived here for just under two years and for the most part it has been a good experience. The finishes in the apartments are nice. The maintenance/groundskeeping needs some help. The community trashcans are always overflowing and they never have dog waste bags. If you plan to stay for 1 year only, this is the place, but if you plan to stay for a few years then get ready for the rent increases. Our first year they increased our rent $150+/month and the rent increase they just sent out for next year increased it by another $369/month. For what they are charging we can (and are planning on) rent the same apartment downtown or in Mount Pleasant."

"I moved here in July, 2020 from Virginia. I'm very pleased with the property and the apartments are beautiful. The pool area is wonderful and relaxing. I can't say enough about the maintenance team, Donnie and Mario. Since moving in, I see them nearly every day doing their thing, maintaining the property. They both take a lot of pride in their work, which is quite admirable. In the office, Alex and Ashley are very welcoming and responsive to any questions you may have. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and warm. There's such a strong sense of community at Shade Tree and it's hosted by these fine folks. I'm very proud to be a part of this community. This is an incredible place to live!!!"
