"DO NOT LIVE HERE! I love the area and my neighbors but the stress of having no one to fix maintenance issues isn't worth it. I had termites for over a month before anyone ever came out to look at the holes in my wall. My flooring has been swelling since January and it is now October (tripping, stubbing toes etc.) and no one has made an effort to get it fixed. When the flooring professionals DID come in they said they'd have to reinstall all flooring. After telling the office I was ignored. I've been sending emails every week and still nothing. I'm so disappointed."
