He assured us that he's only a phone call/ email away if there's ever any need. That goes a long way with a continuously growing city that's high demand. He treated us with such kindness that he's one of the main reasons we're excited to be there!"

"I have to say I was a little skeptical about moving here at first but for the price and location you can’t beat it. I was met by Delaney and she helped me most of the way with getting set up with my new apartment. I moved from Charlotte so I was back and forth. I did come across an issue with the unit before I fully moved in but I have to say Matthew and Delaney really worked diligently to keep me updated and let me know they were there anytime I needed weather it was via email or a simple phone call. This also made my decision on moving here much easier I must say I made the right choice moving to Bolton’s Landings. Thanks to Matthew and his Staff!"

"We moved here a month ago and couldn't be happier. Delaney and Melissa made everything so easy. The apartment was spotless. The pond is like living in a park. The pool is so nice and clean. Maintenance staff are friendly and care about upkeeping these apartments."

"I have lived here two years and I am very happy so far! Our unit is a good size and I enjoy walking around the complex and throughout the neighborhoods around it. I am deducting one star because of issues with the trash compactor. It has broken several times and trash will pile up to the point it is spilling out over the sidewalk and on to the road. Management has been working on it based on emails sent to residents but hopefully it will be replaced or fixed for good soon. I do recommend living here and think it is a good location for young professionals, families, and anyone else who wants a simple, cost effective place to live. Compared to other apartments in the area, my experience here has been much better even though it is not as fancy."
