Diane in the leasing office is wonderful and can help you with anything you need. Parking close to your home is scarce sometimes, but there’s never a shortage of it. "We have lived at Bluewater for 6 months now and we love it for numerous reasons.... *Great Location!! Bluewater is close to the grocery store and other amenities. Downtown is only 20 minutes away (without traffic). *The apartments are part of a neighborhood, including townhomes and single family homes. It has a very homey feel to us. *The grounds are kept very clean. The sidewalks are always blown of the leaves. *It is a pet friendly area, and there are pet waste stations everywhere...very convenient. *The pool is lovely and well maintained. *The office staff is very friendly and responsive (Diane was a Godsend when we were navigating the process of apartment living.) *The maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive also. *Our apartment was clean and in working order when we moved in, plus, it was updated. *Our AC worked great, even during the hottest months of the summer! *The washing / dryer is in our unit, and the washer is so big! *There is a lot more storage in the apartment than I was expecting, and the bedrooms are a good size. The one main drawback to us was the complex does not recycle. However, the recycle station is literally right up the road! Other drawbacks are more related to apartment living in general, not the complex, for example, not everyone picks up after their dogs (but not because the complex hasn't encouraged responsibility). Overall, we are extremely happy here and so glad we found it!"

"From the moment that I applied, I felt that the team at BlueWater was eager to have my son and I moved in. Dianne, Michael, and Savannah were like my personal cheerleaders coaching me through the process with such friendly and warm energy. I truly felt that they had my back and authentically cared about helping me move into my next chapter of life here in these wonderful apartments. They instantly responded and took care of the problem when I let them know that there was an eggy smell in the faucets. They sent someone out within 30 minutes to flush the hot water heater which fixed the issue. It had apparently just been sitting unused and that is a normal occurrence. I LOVE IT HERE!!! The room are spacious and clean. The way the windows are placed allow so much natural light and sunshine in to brighten each day. The appliances work well. Parking isn't a problem. It's so nice to have a gym at hand, a cozy yoga studio to stretch it, a pool, a fire pit, grills are always nearby, there's even a car wash station. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I finally feel that I am at home and can exhale. Thank you, Dianne, Michael, and Savannah for being so helpful and warm, and yet so professional and organized. I plan to stay here for a long time."
