"A/C unit went out over the weekend. The temperature inside the unit was unbearable. I called the emergency maintenance line and a maintenance person came out to fix the issue. I appreciate the efforts and attention to that need because children live in the unit. Thanks for being attentive and present during that time. Property manager, Yessica is great as well as the maintenance crew. 5 stars"
"We got the chance to meet Yessica Fortes and she is amazing. She gave us a tour and was really informative and always kept in touch. We loved her excitement for us and how much she cared. "Beautiful property with very nice apartment homes. The most amazing leasing person Yessica Fortes very nice and friendly and very informative, always kept in touch during the whole waiting process. Also very quiet neighborhood and what I love the most is that the apartments are very Spacious and the best part pet friendly I had a hard time finding an apartment that would allow my dog, and they were the only ones who would accept my dog with no issues. Definitely Hallmark White oak is A great place to leave. Go Check ‘em out!"
"This is how it looks on a day today Not worth the price and your asking for and needs to be cleaned up more and replace guards on door to avoid unwanted guess gates need to be fixed need a better trash system needs to update apartment with them out of date counters and bathrooms"
