"I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I asked them to be delivered to Blue Ridge Orthopedics. When I use to live there it was Blue Ridge Orthopedics. The name has changed since I lived there last. When Jerry called me and told me he drove all the way out Liberty Highway and she wasn’t there. I apologized. I didn’t give him an address when I ordered so I was truly sorry. Next time it maybe a good idea to ask for the address. I would have realized my mistake sooner. He told me to have my daughter to call him and they could figure it out. She called and left a message and didn’t get a call back. She tried calling the shop this morning and didn’t get anyone. So she called his number. He wasn’t very nice. He ended delivering them to her office. He made sure to tell my daughter of my mistake. I will not order from them anymore for sure. I did not mean to make him drive all the way out there. It was an honest mistake. She was willing to pick them up at 430 when she got off today as well. I also asked for sunflowers specifically and there are none in the arrangement!!"

"I called Chez Juie's because I needed a floral arrangement for a viewing for a funeral service that same day. I could not attend because of recovery from Covid. She listened and took my order over the phone and assured me it would be delivered to the funeral home within the hour. My sister sent me a photo from the service and the arrangement is beautiful!
