"Not pleased at all with the delivery on Valentine’s Day. Got flowers delivered to home at almost 9:00pm. Said one of vehicles had problems. However, tried calling twice during the day for update, no answer & vm full, website showed closed. Terrible communication, needless to say, I wil not use them again. Sadly, just a little communication would have gone a long way! Flower arrangement was just ok as well, like they rushed getting them in the vase."

"Pre payed for 2 bouquets of Valentine’s Day flowers for my daughters on Feb 2nd. Both received their flowers after 8pm on V-Day. One was supposed to be delivered to the school (private school/allowed) that resulted in coming to my home address later that night. Flowers aren’t cheap and this day is important- very disappointed."
