"We used waters florist for our wedding in April. The flowers were pretty and the price was very reasonable, but we did not receive what we ordered. We had discussed the installation of a rose arch over the door to the church, and on the day of, Water's florist delivered a spray arrangement and did not install it. I even called to confirm all of this a couple of weeks before, and everything seemed good, but we were surprised on the wedding day. The groomsmen actually had to leave before the wedding and find materials to put the spray up (which was not even what we ordered) with money out of their own pocket. When we spoke with them over the phone about it, their customer service was very rude and unkind. We would not recommend to anyone for an event as big as a wedding."
