"Rental agent at front desk is rude and nonchalant. She does not care about newcomers and quite disrespectful to not even let us know that she would be with us momentarily. Stood there for 5 to 7 minutes and still did not get acknowledged and she continued on in her personal conversation while we waited. Do not rent from this place."
